The report contains the 2021 disclosure statements filed by registered political parties and electoral district associations. Statements show the name and community of each person who donated $200 or more.

Chief Electoral Officer Richard Temporale Has Retired
The position of CEO is vital to the delivery of democracy and the management of the electoral process in the province. Mr. Temporale has served Nova Scotia as CEO since 2012 and also served as the Assistant Chief Electoral Officer from 2008 – 2012. During his tenure, Mr. Temporale provided exemplary leadership through four provincial elections, 17 by-elections, and five judicial recounts.

Volume I, Statement of Votes & Statistics, provides a summary of the election results and detailed statistics on the vote. Volume II, Report on the Conduct of the Election and Recommendations for Legislative Change provides analysis of the statistics in Volume I and recommendations for legislative change.
